THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.
15. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past six (6) months.
16. INDEMNIFICATION

20. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trained Advisor LLC. If any provision is deemed unlawful, the remaining terms remain valid.
